Christle D. Colbert, MD

Christle D. Colbert, M.D. is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) with advanced expertise in electrodiagnostics, musculoskeletal medicine, and wound care. With over a decade of diverse clinical experience, Dr. Colbert has served in leadership roles across outpatient, inpatient, and specialty care settings. She is skilled in performing EMGs, nerve conduction studies, and joint injections, and has provided critical support to interventional pain management teams and hyperbaric oxygen therapy services.

Dr. Colbert earned her medical degree with honors from Meharry Medical College and completed her PM&R residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Her commitment to community and professional service is reflected in her involvement with the NAACP, Jack and Jill of America, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and multiple medical associations, including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is also an active volunteer with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, and the Southeast Texas Food Bank. Dr. Colbert is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.
